Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs (ELS) is looking for Junior Economists/ Policy Analysts to conduct analytical and policy-oriented work to provide policy recommendations and advice to countries on a range of social and labour market topics.

There are currently openings in each of the following areas: i) skills, labour market and social policies for young people and/ or immigrants; ii) promoting better employment transitions for mid-career workers; iii) measuring the labour market disadvantages of LGBTI+ individuals and ethno-racial minorities and assessing their macroeconomic cost; iv) migration; and v) dynamics of jobs and workers reallocation in the labour market. Future opening could be aligned to different areas of work. The work will involve data and policy analysis to assess the design, delivery and effectiveness of social, labour market and skills policies in OECD countries.
